Text Box:  Range Safety Officer Training Class We need at least 8 people before we will offer this course. Tentative RSO Class  to be conducted on 23rd of January '10, at the PeeDee Chapter Classroom/Range Site, 5821 Albany Road, Coward, SC. After registration It will start promptly at 8 AM.  Below is what you need and are required to bring. Be prepared to stay for 8 - 9 hours. Lunch will be provided. No guns or ammo needed. Upon arrival at the training classroom you will have to have the following items: Pen and pencil. Training fee $25.00 (for materials).  If you pay by check, this will be made out to Wildlife Action, PeeDee Chapter.  Registration/Certification fee as RSO: Current NRA Member $26.00. Non NRA Member $36.00. This check will be made out to the NRA. After completion of course you will be issued a key to park and will be able to open the range as a RSO. Text Box: January  Chapter meeting   Jan. 17 2:30 pm                We will have a quick planning meeting to set dates and projects for the rest of the year. Ideas are wanted for shoots, hunts, range improvements, shotgun range, archery, events, programs for meetings              We ask all RSO’s to attend if possible as this will be our annual meeting for RSO’s.               The range will be open after the meeting.               Please read the offering of a RSO training class for members that want to become a Range Safety Officer.              We would also like new members to attend so we can meet you.     Thanks To! The UPS STORE on 1937 W. Palmetto St. has donated the printing and folding of the newsletter  for the rest of the year. A great savings for the chapter. Please use them for your shipping, packing and copying needs.
